Replacement Board Warranty

Thank you for your Softub board upgrade from Devore Electronics.  (Not affiliated with Softub Inc.).

 We stand behind the quality and reliability of our products and are pleased to offer you a limited  three-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of  three (3) years from the date of purchase. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

1. Repair the product,
2. Replace the product with an equivalent board, or
3. Issue a refund for the original purchase price.

Warranty Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with:

• Proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or order confirmation). 
• A description of the issue
• Any photos or documentation that help explain the problem

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item. If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you. Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from accidents, natural disasters, or other external causes

Limitations of Liability:

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as outlined above. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
