Limited Warranty — Two Years
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for two years from the date of purchase.
If a defect arises during the warranty period, we may, at our discretion:
- Repair the product.
- Replace it with another refurbished board with the same features.
- Issue a refund for the original purchase price.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with:
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. The warranty is not transferable.
- A description of the issue.
- Any photos or documentation that help explain the problem.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item. If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from accidents, natural disasters, or other external causes.
Limitations of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund described above. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
